GIMBA members, appraisals in today's market continue to be challenging and to help you with them the next luncheon will feature a presentation by Certified Residential Appraiser with South Meridian Properties, Vince Shimp.

Vince has been a certified appraiser since January of 2008. He is also a Broker and consultant who specializes in residential investment properties as well as commercial properties.

The presentation will include:

• An overview of today's residential appraisal process
• How appraisal values are determined
• The appeal process, and,
• A FHA appraisal checklist
