Mark Doud currently serves as the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority’s Indiana Account Manager for the Homeownership Division.   Prior to joining the Homeownership Division Mark worked in various positions representing Members of Congress as Community Liaison Manager, Deputy Indiana Scheduler, Executive Assistant as well as Constituent Services Liaison. 

The IHCDA presentation will cover:

• recent GSE changes affecting IHCDA programs;
• a review of recently introduced programs that include more cash for borrowers for closing costs, prepaids or principal reduction, and,
  
• marketing pieces for lenders to better understand the program differences as well as marketing piece for lenders to use with realtor partners.
